Login Help
For security reasons, if you do not recall your previous User ID and password (and the retrieval features do not work for you) you will need to create a new account. You can register by clicking the "Register Here" link in the login window. This will allow you the option to fully complete your profile and create a password reminder. New accounts require new User IDs.

Most login trouble is caused by neglecting to choose YES to the User Agreement on the Registration confirmation page when you create an account and after entering your User ID/password every time you log in.

If you are prompted to update your profile but have certain characters in your User ID such as a period (jane.doe), the system will not let you proceed. Please use the Web feedback link for assistance. Send us your User ID and email address on the account and we will remove the special character (janedoe).

Every 90 days, you will reveive notification to change your password.

If you need further assistance, please call Military OneSource at 1-800-342-9647 or send an email to*

*If you do not receive a reply within 2 days, it may mean that the Military OneSource reply bounced back to the MOS Web feedback team. Spam blockers or other blocks in your email account may be preventing you from receiving our reply. Please make sure that you allow the MOS Web feedback address to your email account.

Tax Service

With the H&R Block tax program (available early January through late June), you will have the same, separate login you used for the online tax service last year. If you have forgotten your credentials for that login, the H&R Block program will have directions to help you find your files after you access the program through MOS. For technical support with the H&R Block tax filing website, please call 1-800-HRBLOCK (472-5625). Changing your Military OneSource EAP website login does not affect your H&R Block login.

For Service Providers

To order educational materials: You can order single fulfillment items by choosing the Resources tab located in the top menu bar of the login home page, then the Orderable Educational Materials tab. Service members and their families can also use this ordering process to obtain a single copy of any given item.

To order promotional materials: You can place bulk orders for promotional materials by using the Order Items tab located in the bottom menu bar of the login home page. This tab will only appear on your screen if you choose Service Provider as your role in the profile settings.

Content on the site is organized so that you can quickly find what you're looking for. You have several options:

  • Select a center button (such as "Health & Relationships") and choose from a list of related topics.
  • Click the All Topics button in the top menu bar to see all topics on the site.
  • Review the home-page feature stories and news items.
  • Enter a keyword or keywords in the search field.
  • Select Resources from the top menu bar to find quizzes, online trainings and other resources.

For example, say you're concerned that a loved one is showing signs of depression. You can go to the "Depression" center and select the "Depression" topic. There you'll find a collection of articles, news summaries, quizzes and frequently asked questions about depression, as well as links to related topics. You also can select "Resources" from the top toolbar and take the depression quiz. Another option is to enter "depression" in the search field.

You can return to the home page at any time by clicking on Home on the top menu bar.
